By selecting "refill for pickup" below, you will be sent to a secure page where you can fill out an electronic request for a medication refill which can then be picked up directly from our Annapolis Office at your convienience.
By selecting "Request a medicine to be faxed..." you can fill out an electronic form which we will then submit to the pharmacy of your choice. You can then pick up your refill at that pharmacy whenever you want.
