In his seven years with Annapolis Pediatrics, Dr. Rice continues to be energized by the vitality of his young patients and their families. Dr. Rice received his undergraduate degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He received his Medical Degree from The Medical College of Wisconsin and did his residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Dr. Rice is board certified in Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. In addition, Dr. Rice is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha, Phi Beta Kappa, and the Maryland State Medical Society. Dr. Rice also volunteers at the Anne Arundel Medical Center Outreach Clinics. Over the years, Dr. Rice has developed a special expertise in the treatment of asthma.

Dr. Rice has four special women in his life – his wife, and three daughters. He also recently welcomed a new son into his family. Dr. Rice enjoys running, sailing, and is an avid Green Bay Packers football fan!

Dr. Rice currently serves as the Associate Chief of Pediatrics Service at Anne Arundel Medical Center, and was recognized in 2003 by “What’s Up” Magazine in Annapolis as a “Top Doc.”
