Well Child Visits

Annapolis Pediatrics makes every effort to follow the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommended schedule for well child visits. We believe that this schedule allows for the best preventative care and allows us to ensure full compliance with the AAP’s recommended immunization schedules.

Starting at 3 years of age, annual well child appointments are recommended for quality and preventive care.

If your child participates in sports, camps, or some other programs, a physical exam may be required within the past 12 months. Call our office if you need to schedule a physical exam at any time.

Prior to each scheduled appointment, you will receive a link via text or email prior to your visit that will allow you to update your information and complete required forms securely online prior to arriving to our office.

• For well visits and consults scheduled ahead of time, you can check-in up to 5 days before your visit at your convenience.

You should also be aware that not all insurance providers cover all well-child visits or vaccines. You should always check with your insurance provider to know the limits of your coverage.
